GAP RADAR es una herramienta de coordinación para docentes, directivos, alumnado, familias y agentes educativos para evitar los riesgos de la brecha digital y la desconexión del alumnado.

Una app en la que diferentes agentes educativos que hacen seguimiento del alumnado en casos de brecha digital o de desconexión educativa pueden recibir coordinar sus acciones de forma más inmediata y eficaz. Se establecen indicadores sobre ciertos temas en unos equipos de trabajo compuestos por los profesionales involucrados con estos alumnos.
